Features
Material
Along with in-house (post-factory / post-consumer) film waste, the system is also able to process washed flakes, scraps and regrind (pre-crushed rigid plastic waste from injection and extrusion).
This machine is strongly proposed for low density material such as packaging film producers of commercial bags, waste/garbage bags, agriculture films, food packaging films & containers, stretch films, as well as producers in the woven industry of PP woven bags, jumbo bags, tapes and yarns.
Feeding
Plastic materials such as film, filament, raffia, bags, non-woven etc. are conveyed into the compactor by belt conveyor. Optional hauling roller can be provided for feeding film in rolls form. Feeding of scraps is made effortless and automatically controlled with the help of belt conveyor for different types of material shape and weight to make sure uniform feeding and output production.
The conveyor works on an automatic mode depending on the amount of material input. Metal-detector can be optionally combined with belt conveyor and interlocked in controlling system to stop the belt conveyor when it detects the metal in feeding section.
Compacting
The high-speed compactor creates superior efficiency friction heat to compact the fluffy materials. It also helps to remove specific amount of moisture from the material during the process. As a result, the highest throughput is achieved to boost productivity. Compactor with rotary knives crush, dries and compacts the material which empowers a quick, hassle free and continuous feeding to the extruder.
The compactor of the recycling machine develops (pre-conditions) the material into an ideal condition (just below the agglomeration point) which is optimal for the extrusion process that follows the extrusion process and feed the material directly into the extruder with a centrifugal force which eliminates the problem of uncertain feeding (extra-feeding or under feeding), Comparing to the regular recycling machines.
The bonding between the compactor and extruder ensures extremely quick and continuous feeding; the parenthetically connected extruder is continuously filled with pre-compacted material. As a consequence, much higher production output can be obtained comparing to other types of regular recycling systems in the market.
Degassing (optional depends upon material)
Single zone degassing & two zone degassing. (Two options are available depending on the type of material). Two-zone degassing (double-vented degasification): Able to process films with heavily or larger printed area.
First Filtration
The main filtration on the first extruder filters the impurities from the melt plastic. Screen change with dual channel system: For non-stop operation and prevents material from leaking.
Second filtration
The secondary filtration on the second stage extruder ensures better quality pellets. Therefore, giving more stable production when re-used again in production lines.
Final Product
The good quality with shining plastic pellets as finish goods.
Flexible add-ons and customization:
- A crusher can be added for pre-crushing the material (Plant waste only) before entering the extruder.
- Unvented, single or double degassing can be customized depending on material type and condition
- Vacuum degassing system can be added to the machine
- Water ring die face cutting or strand die (spaghetti type) pelletizers are available depending on preference
- A metal-detector can be added onto the conveyor belt for additional protection
