Features
Crusher Machine
A conveyor belt evenly feeds the material into the crushing chamber from the feeding port. There is a high-speed rotating hammer in the crushing chamber. The upper body is equipped with a fixed knife (knives are made of special material for longer life), a moving knife, and a tooth plate (The design of a fixed & moving knife depends on material type).
under the action of tearing and rubbing between the hammer and the tooth plate, it quickly chops the material to produce standardized particle sizes that are easy to wash and dry, when there is much more material in the crushing chamber the crusher will stop feeding automatically (Program control, over-load protection) until the material in the crushing chamber has been crushed. So there is no need to worry about material clogging. The finely crushed material falls into the lower cavity through the sieve hole.
Screw Conveyor (Pre-Washer)
The conveyor is used for transporting crushed material from the crusher machine to friction washing while transporting it will also help to remove a large amount of dirt from the material before it enters the chamber of high-speed friction washing.
High-Speed Friction Washing
This cleans the material and separates foreign particles, sand, and other impurities from the material. Inside the friction screw washer is a rotor attached with many slanted paddles. The rotor is spun at a very high speed RPM causing the plastic stream inside to scrub against each other.
All the while, water is sprayed through the filter nets resulting in soil, sand, and other contaminations being completely separated and removed. Friction washing works continuously & it is equipped with a water inlet on the top of the machine and one draining outlet at the bottom where wastewater with impurities can be drained out automatically. Special water spraying design and high-speed running rotor ensure the best cleaning effect.
Water Pool
As its name the water pool is filled with water, A Water pool is especially used for separating different foreign particles from plastic, Plastic will float to the top while various contaminants such as dirt, rocks, metals, etc sink to the bottom where it is collected to removed via a automatic removal system. The material that enters the water pool with more density than water will sink to the bottom while other materials like plastic which has less density than water will float in the water.
Conveyor
This Conveyor is used to discharge material from the water pool and forward it to the de-watering machine. There are several options available like belt conveyor, bucket conveyor, screw conveyor, stainless steel belt, etc. depending on the type of material.
De-Watering Machine
The centrifugal dryer uses centrifugal or “spinning” force to remove a maximum portion of the water from plastic material. As material is fed into the machine, it spins at very high-speed rotations. The material within is continuously thrown outwards against the mesh screen tunnel. Water that passes through the mesh tunnel is collected for recycling while the plastic material that comes out of the machine is sparkling clean and ready for further processing.
